에미넴의 두 번째 스튜디오 앨범이며, 또한 그의 첫 메이저 레이블 데뷔작이다. 이 앨범으로 에미넴이란 아티스트가 세상에 알려질 수 있었고, 에미넴을 스타로 급부상시킨 앨범이기도 하다. 많은 사람들이 이 앨범을 에미넴의 첫 번째 스튜디오 앨범으로 생각하는데, 첫 앨범 Infinite는 에미넴이 언더그라운드일때 낸 앨범이고, 이 앨범은 메이저로써의 첫 데뷔 앨범이다.. 닥터 드레의 수준급 프로듀싱 실력과 에미넴 특유의 미친 똘끼(...)와 조롱, 풍자가 섞여들어간 래핑과 폭력적이면서도 희화화된 가사로, 이 노래는 빌보드 앨범차트 2위를 달성하고 2000년 제 42회 그래미 어워드에서 최우수 랩 앨범 외 두 개 부문에서 상을 탈 수 있었고 2000년 기준으로 400만 장의 판매고를 올렸으며, '죽기 전에 꼭 들어야 할 앨범 1001'의 목록에 이름을 올릴 수 있었다.
