나오고 나서 빌보드에 돌풍을 일으키며 첫주 등장부터 32위를 차지하고 2014년 1월 18일 빌보드 2위를 거머쥐는 쾌거를 달성했지만 하필 1위곡이 팀버였기 때문에 넘버원으로 올라서지는 못하고 떨어지게 되었다. 이제 돈을 세는 짓을 그만하겠다는 원리퍼블릭의 가사가 돋보인다.
2016년에만 12억, 13억, 14억으로 꾸준히 조회수를 높이더니 하반기엔 15억을 돌파시켰다.
2017년 3월 17억을 돌파하였다.
저스틴 비버의 baby를 추월했으며, 현재 유투브 전체 조회수는 16위로 좋은 양상을 보이고 있지만 역주행이 아닌 이상 10위에 들기는 힘들어 보인다. 그나마 꾸준히 조회수를 올리는 롱런 영상이라는게 위안이라면 위안일듯. 바로 앞인 15위는 sugar이지만 2015년에 발매된 곡이니 엎치락 뒤치락 하겠지만 결과적으론 sugar보다 아래에 위치할 수 있다.
