1 개요

엘튼 존의 1집 Empty Sky의 2번 트랙.

G로 구성된 푸근한 발라드이다. 곡에선 하프시코드를 연주했고, 오르간이 배경을 차지하고 있다. 원래 Empty Sky는 피아노보다 하프시코드와 오르간의 비중이 높기 때문에 잠시 하프시코드의 사용이 흔했다. 대조적인 가사에 맞는 분위기와 선율을 보이는 것이 인상적인 점. 이 곡은 1968년 11월 이전에 작곡되었고, 1968년 11월에 진행된 스튜디오 공연에서 이 곡을 불렀고, 이후로 한번도 부르지 않았다.

1975년 미국판에선 제목이 Valhalla로 표기되었다.
